    Hosting capacity data is complex and often updated without notice. Missing a change can cost weeks of effort—or unlock significant development value if caught early. IXScout exists to remove that blind spot.

    A utility is an independently operated electric power company publishing interconnection capacity data for a single state. Utilities operating in multiple states are treated separately when hosting data is published independently. See our coverage map.

    Yes. Plans and subscribed utilities can be modified—contact us to make changes.

    There is no standard cadence. Updates occur irregularly and without notice. IXScout monitors continuously and sends alerts when changes are detected, along with periodic heartbeat confirmations.

    Coverage is expanding continuously. If a utility is not yet supported, contact us—coverage requests are prioritized and help guide expansion.

    Alerts are delivered as human-readable email summaries. Custom integrations, including Microsoft Teams notifications, are available upon request.

    Yes. IXScout is under active development and we welcome input on features, integrations, and workflows that improve origination and development outcomes.
